Leadership Experience: Participants should have a minimum level of leadership experience, whether as team leads, department heads, or founders. This ensures that all members bring relevant management or strategic insights, regardless of their official titles.
Commitment to Growth and Development: Members should demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow, with an openness to self-reflection, feedback, and experimenting with new approaches.
Willingness to Contribute: Since Bonfire is a peer-driven experience, participants should be ready to actively contribute by sharing their insights, offering support to others, and bringing their own challenges to the group.
Diverse Industry Backgrounds: While Bonfire is curated to avoid competition, having a diversity of perspectives is key. This could mean limiting participants from similar roles or industries within a single group to ensure rich and varied discussions.
Respect for Confidentiality: Members must commit to maintaining the confidentiality of discussions. A strong sense of ethics and discretion is essential to uphold trust and openness in the group.

What is the cost of joining?
One-Time Setup/Onboarding Fee: €100
This initial fee (covering one month with two sessions) supports administrative and matching efforts, allowing time to get to know each other and ensure alignment with the group’s goals.
Monthly Membership: €350 per month (2 sessions)
Ideal if you’re not ready to commit long-term initially. This monthly option offers flexibility, allowing you to experience the group and assess its value without a large upfront investment. It’s a great way to explore whether Bonfire is right for you as you become more comfortable and see the impact of each session.
Quarterly Membership with Discount: €900 for three months
By committing to three months upfront, you’ll benefit from a reduced rate and have the opportunity to dive deeper into the experience. This period also allows time to build stronger connections within the group and see meaningful progress.
