Julie launched her career in the Netherlands in 2002, moving to Singapore in 2007 and Switzerland in 2022, working across Europe, Asia, and the U.S. She brings 10 years of leadership in multinationals, four years as Managing Director of The Creative Experience in Singapore, and a decade in learning design, coaching, and facilitation for a top business school in Southeast Asia. Throughout her career, she has partnered with over 35 global companies—such as Singapore Airlines, KPMG, and Citi—to drive innovation and empower teams with proven strategies. Today, she continues her work as founder of Energy for Growth in Switzerland.
