Changing Habits

While experiencing this tendency of falling back to familiar unhelpful habits  is entirely normal, it can be frustrating and even disheartening.

Energy Leadership Coaching





Discussing energy might seem abstract or intangible to some, but we all use expressions that showcase our ability to sense variations in energy, like "I am low on energy today" or "She brings such positive energy to the team." These expressions demonstrate our capacity to recognize differences in energy levels, whether positive or negative.

At a high level, most people identify individuals with positive, uplifting energy and those with draining, destructive energy. We classify these as Anabolic and Catabolic Energy, respectively.

Energy Leadership reveals that we tend to default to specific energy levels, influenced by whether it's "a good day" or a stressful situation. Recognizing that we carry a unique energy with us, and understanding how this energy affects those around us, can be insightful. Imagine the power of knowing the type of energy you radiate and being able to consciously shift to the energy you wish to convey.

Energy Leadership Assessment Index (ELI)

This is precisely what we achieve through the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment and subsequent coaching sessions. The ELI provides a detailed description of your default energies in various situations. Our coaching sessions heighten your awareness of the factors influencing your energy levels, whether they are obstructing or propelling you, and provide you with the tools to consciously manage and shift your energy. This process enables you to grasp, navigate, and positively shape the energy you project in any given moment, fostering growth both personally and professionally.

The individual and group coaching sessions are structured around a well-crafted 6 stages process, that has demonstrated success with clients seeking genuine change in navigating dilemmas, overcoming adversity, managing stressful situations, or overcoming being stuck.

Before embarking on the initial stage, we invite you to a Free Discovery Call. This crucial first step helps us determine if there is alignment for collaboration. 





Discovery Stage 

A complimentary 30-60 minute call designed to clarify any uncertainties regarding the coaching process, discuss coaching style, and evaluate compatibility between Coach and Client. This includes a mini-session, providing you with a firsthand experience of the coaching process.

Preparing for change. Assisting in defining true desires. 

Evaluating the current state. ELI Assessment and review. Introducing Energy Levels.

Applying coaching sessions and tools toward goals. Introducing Influencers, Disciplines, Communication, Self-Mastering, and Innovation tools. 

Reviewing progress. Identifying external and internal blockers.

Establishing new patterns. Raising awareness of energy levels and blockers. Applying techniques for energy shift using a toolbelt. 

Maintaining and growing new patterns through continuous coaching. Utilizing neuroplasticity. On-demand coaching.

I do not want to presume to know who you are or outline who you should or could be in the context of our work together. The people and teams who I work with come from all circumstances, lifestyles, and industries.
