Stage 3: Explore the impactful steps you can take to propel forward.
Stage 4: Analyse what is blocking you from moving forward

Stage 6: Continuous coaching to sustain the new patterns, until settled.
New tools, new bahaviour, new helpful habits
Ever thought about what means "learning" exactly? When you have actually learned?
When we read about new concepts, does that mean we actually learn?
Have a look at the KirkPatrick Model below, it gives us the clue. Learning is actually only the second step in the process of the return of our investment. It takes two more levels to see the impact of our learning in our lives and work!
KirkPatrick Model
Missing out on level 3 and 4, makes the investment wasted. Yet, 85% of organizations’ L&D resources and the majority of individual learners, only focus on the training, L1 and L2.
To return investment, we need to allow ourselves to immediately apply what we have learned, and, follow-up with reinforcing practice and with coaching.
Only then, the investment translates into positive behaviour change and subsequent results (L3 and L4).
Genuine Learning
In the ongoing cycle of action, reflection, and learning, you have continuous opportunities to consciously experiment with new techniques. This includes refining communication (both verbal and non-verbal), enhancing thought processes, developing emotional agility, and managing your energy effectively. By actively addressing your blocks and changing unhelpful patterns, you can mindfully evaluate the experience, reflect on how it felt, and genuinely learn. This iterative process enables you to draw meaningful conclusions and take purposeful action once again.
Have a look at the list below; these are examples of unhelpful patterns identified and overcome by clients through an exploration of the underlying blocks:
