Your energetic reaction to stress so you recognize and modify undesirable reactions.
The ELI offers a detailed description of your energy levels in various situations, as well as those of your team. Think of levels of motivation, opportunity focus and collaboration, versus levels of rivalry, distrust and disengagement. These are examples of upbuilding versus destructive energy levels.
Our training and coaching sessions increase your awareness of the factors that influence these energy levels, whether they are driving or hindering your performance.
We then equip you and/or your team with tools to consciously manage and shift your energy. This process helps you understand, navigate, and positively shape the energy you project in any moment, fostering both personal and professional growth.

The ELI assessment serves as the gateway to awareness, leading you into the second stage of the process.
The de-brief
Through a one-on-one debrief session, online or face-to-face, with our certified Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner, individuals gain profound insights and awareness that can impact their relationships, career, and all areas of their life.
For teams and groups, the ELI Assessment can also be administered collectively to measure the overall energy and dynamics of the team. By understanding the collective energy profile, group dynamics, and areas for improvement, organizations can optimize team performance, enhance collaboration, and foster a culture of high energy and productivity.

7 Levels of Energy
As individuals, we all have filters, and they are based on all our life experiences and the influences of people and the world around us. They form the basis of our belief system and the way we view and approach situations. These filters shape the way we “show up.” They affect our reactions and responses to situations and people in all aspects of life.
The Energy Leadership Index assessment (ELI), which takes place in Stage 2 of the Process, reveals the specific filters you’ve developed and how they are influencing your life. It also uncovers the thinking and perceptions that might be creating stress or holding you back from achieving your goals. After all, the ability to achieve success, happiness, and purpose happens when we are able to recognize and release internal challenges and blocks.
In the image above, you may explore an introduction to the 7 Levels of Energy. First it is important to recognize, that there are two types of energy: Catabolic & Anabolic.
Catabolic (draining) energy: a destructive, “tearing down” force. It’s often associated with stress. While people can work well under stress and experience short-term success, the long-term impact can be draining and impact levels of fulfilment and satisfaction. When people experience stress, it is difficult to look past the stressor and see a bigger picture of the situation and the choices that could be available to them.
Anabolic (constructive) energy: Anabolic energy is a constructive, “building up” force. As a result, it is easier to focus on solutions, tap into creativity, and experience a more complete and conscious view of situations. The less judgement and fear people have about themselves and situations, the more anabolic energy they can access.
Now, let's delve into the 7 levels of Energy. Perhaps you currently find yourself immersed in a sense of frustration, where anger towards others' behaviour tends to take precedence. It's understandable that this can significantly drain your energy.
