Drawing inspiration from Prochaska's Model of Bahavioural Change, Kolb's Learning Cycle, and the Duhigg's Habit Loop, as well as leveraging iPEC's 7 levels of Energy, this program is designed to empower you.
The process helps you gain awareness of your Energy levels on both typical and challenging days.
